Each unit offers many services:
- Each terrace has a view of the lake, an umbrella, chairs and a table.
- Each unit has centralised air conditioning, a combination safe and a hairdryer.
- The beds are all made of hand-beaten iron. The curtains are sought-after, and maple wood and Tanganica walnut are used in the room.
- At times the bedrooms have bunk beds, the living room has a single or double sofa bed, and/or a bunk bed.
- The LCD satellite TV has a 32′ screen with service supplied by Astra, and radio service is available.
- The large kitchen has a ventilated oven, a 230 litre fridge-freezer, there is a 4-burner gas or electric cooker, dishwasher upon request, bathroom with shower or Jacuzzi.
